Mosaic Art Jewelry by June Martin

Like moths to a flame! My travels to Costa Rica inspired me to create these unique mosaic earrings. Inspired by moth wing patterns, I created a line of droplet earrings featuring designs emulating the intricate patterns found on these beautiful creatures. Mosaics are set into brass frames with sterling silver overlay. Ear wires are handwrought using *Argentium® Silver 20-gauge wire.

Materials & Measurements

·      Moroccan ceramic tiles

·      Brass frame with sterling silver overlay

·      Handwrought hypoallergenic Argentium® Silver ear wires

·      Approximately 1 1/4 inch long and 3/4" wide at the widest point (not including ear wires or bail)

MOTH & TWIG jewelry will arrive artfully wrapped in a linen pouch.

*Argentium® Silver is made with a touch of germanium and presents a bright white color that is closer to fine silver than traditional sterling and is highly resistant to tarnish under most conditions. Argentium® Silver is copper and nickel free and hypoallergenic.
